MANAGEMENT TEAM

	Group General Manager Mr. Magnus Okoro; A professionally qualified accountant (ACA) with over 11 years post-qualification experience in the manufacturing and services industries in managerial positions.

	General Manager - Logistics Sir Alex Emedoh (KSM) ; has over 25 years of general ship management experience; bunkering, chartering, barge operation, off-shore marine support services.

	General Manager - Operations Captain Musa M. A: He is a highly exposed Master Marine (Foreign-going, a multi- functionally exposed Captain with academic and professional qualifications, spanning over 20 years.

	Business Development Manager A. S. Bob-Manuel; A marine engineer by profession with over 10 years off-shore marine support service experience.

	Finance Manager Mr. Henry E. Evwodere; A member of the Institite of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has over 15 years working experience in senior management positions in the oil and gas sector, manufacturing and communications industries.

	Field Operations Manager - Mechanical Engr. L. G. Macharthy ; is a first class marine engineer with more than 35 years "on the job" experience and has served as chief engineer onboard vessels of various engine capacities. He is competent in handling vessels equipped with water-jet propulsion. He is a valued member of staff whose input has made a wealth of difference. He has been with Fymak Marine and Oil Services Nig. Ltd. for 14years.

	Field Operations Manager - Electrical Engr. D. Ekweozoh ; is an electrical engineer with over 25 years of practical experience onboard various vessels both conventional and water-jet propelled vessels. He graduated through the Navy and has thereafter gone through various in-service training in the marine electronic and electrical engineering field. He is a member of the institute of engineers and technicians incorporated TEC (CEI). He is a reliable and dependable worker who will stop at nothing to ensure timely conclusion of every assignment he undertakes. He has been with Fymak Marine and Oil Services Nig. Ltd. for 15 years.

	Company Secretary/Legal Adviser Barrister Paul C. Onwuamaegbu holds LL.B (Hons) degree as the best graduating student of the College of Legal Studies , Abia State University , Uturu, in 1993 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1995. He worked as a counsel in an SAN Chamber and later as a Private Legal Practitioner. He was employed as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in the year 2000 and has since been performing his duties most commendably.
